At Glamorous Days Marketplace, we are committed to ensuring that all products purchased from us are properly inspected and in good working condition before dispatch. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Inspection Before Dispatch
All products are inspected before they are dispatched to the customer.
For tools, gadgets, electronics, and other functional products, we conduct reasonable checks to confirm that the item is functioning properly before shipment.
We also make reasonable efforts to ensure that products are appropriately packaged and dispatched in the condition represented at the time of purchase.
2. No Returns for Products Received in Good Condition
All sales are final once an item has been delivered in the condition in which it was sold and is confirmed to be in proper working condition.
Accordingly, we do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges where:
The customer has received the correct item in good condition;
The item is functioning as intended;
The item has been used, altered, damaged, mishandled, or improperly stored by the customer;
The customer changes their mind after purchase; or
The customer no longer requires the item after delivery.
Customers are therefore advised to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, sizes, colours, compatibility, and other relevant information before placing an order.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider a return where an item is delivered with a material defect, damage attributable to delivery, or another legitimate issue that was not reasonably identifiable or preventable before dispatch.
Where an exception applies, the customer must notify Glamorous Days Marketplace within three (3) calendar days of delivery.
Any return requested after this period may not be accepted.
4. Conditions for an Approved Return
Where a return is approved, the customer may be required to:
Return the item within the timeframe communicated by Glamorous Days Marketplace;
Return the item in its original condition;
Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, or other components supplied with the product, where applicable; and
Provide reasonable evidence of the reported issue, including photographs or videos where requested.
An item that has been used, damaged, modified, tampered with, or otherwise altered after delivery may not qualify for a return, except where the issue is determined to be an inherent defect unrelated to the customer's use or handling.

When submitting a complaint, please provide your order details, description of the issue, and any relevant photographs or videos to enable us to properly review the matter.
6. Review of Return Requests
Every exceptional return request will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the order and the condition of the product.
Submission of a complaint or return request does not automatically constitute approval of a return, refund, or replacement. Glamorous Days Marketplace reserves the right to assess each request before determining the appropriate resolution.
Where a return is approved, the applicable resolution may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue, product availability, and the circumstances of the case.
7. Delivery Charges
Unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law, delivery charges are separate from the purchase price of the product and are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.
Where a return is approved due to an issue attributable to the product or our fulfilment process, we will communicate the applicable arrangements for return delivery.
